Comfort Baskets- Site includes many resources and links (including an extensive bibliography) addressing all aspects of grief, loss, adjustment and transition.

Death & Dying - Where Life Surrounds Death- Their mission is to provide comfort, support, and education about issues surrounding death at times of apprehension, confusion, and sorrow as well as at times of understanding, growth, and serenity.

Growth House, Inc.- A non-profit organization working with grief, bereavement, hospice, and end-of-life issues.

Compassion Connection offers comfort, hope and healing to those who have suffered loss of health and those who are grieving.

Fernside - Center for grieving children. Web site includes suggestions on how to help children with grief in English, French, and Spanish.

Healing Hearts- a grief support group for all parents who have lost children. We offer hosted chats, and message boards. Our site also offers hosted chats for survivor of suicide, widow, parent/grandparents loss.

Widow Net- Wide variety of information, articles, book reviews, more at this site. Good source.

Grief Loss Recovery - Offers emotional support and friendship and provides a safe haven for bereaved persons to share their grief within a Christian context.

GriefShare  - GriefShare is a nonprofit network of grief recovery support groups for people who are hurting because of the death of someone close to them. The GriefShare web site features a searchable database of GriefShare groups throughout the US, Canada, the UK and Australia. The GriefShare program features a biblical, Christ-centered approach to grief recovery.

The Compassionate Friends - National nonprofit, self-help support organization which offers friendship, understanding and support to bereaved parents, siblings and grandparents
